Owner Van / Car Drivers (Multi-Drop)
Tora is seeking dependable, diligent, and stable drivers to join our team.
This can be either full-time work or flexible part-time work.
Deliver parcels using your own van/car
Self-employed
No need to return to the depot or debrief after completing deliveries

Multi-drop parcel delivery work is an opportunity for hardworking individuals to earn a good income. It can be a few hours of part-time work to earn small amount of top up income, or a full-time job to make over £4,000 a month.
This job is demanding and involves physically carrying parcels from your vehicle to the customer's door, climbing stairs, and sometimes working in extreme weather conditions.
For new drivers, the first two weeks can be very challenging and frustrating as you learn how to manage the work, it is actually a quite straight forward job, most people found is quite easy to manage after two weeks.
Depot Location: Multiple Glasgow area depots
Delivery areas: Glasgow, Motherwell and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate
Pay:
Part-Time: £80-120 per day (about 4-5 hours delivery time, 1 hour in depot for loading)
Full time A car can earn £100-£150 per day, a van usually loading more parcels that earning £150–£220 per day (about 5-8 hours delivery time, 1.5 hours in depot for loading)
Sundays extra pay on top of normal weekday rates.

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers
Plan your route using a simple app
Report to the depot for progress and any issues
Ensure timely delivery and compliance with client standards
Drive and deliver professionally
Requirements
Valid driving license
Must be 18 years or older
Insurance covering Goods in Transit and Public Liability
Right to work in the UK as self-employed
Benefits
We pay per parcel delivered (not per stop or GPS drop location). If one address has 10 parcels, you get paid for 10 parcels, not just one stop/drop.
Full-time drivers can be assigned permanent routes, allowing them to become familiar with the customers in that area and increase delivery speed.
Permanent routes have a fixed flat rate per parcel (not based on band prices).
Part-time drivers cover vacant routes and receive a slightly higher rate than permanent routes, as their speed may be slower.
Rates vary according to area difficulties and route mileage.
